Ported barrels benefit from a thorough break-in. Run at least 200 rounds of 124-grain or heavier 9mm before moving to lighter ammo — lighter loads during break-in can under-cycle the slide. Confirm your lower is a Gen 1–3 Glock 19 pattern before install.
